What You Pay.
Nothing More.
Every charge at Brilliant Securities is fixed by SEBON and NEPSE — Nepal's regulatory authorities. We display them exactly as mandated. No hidden fees, no inflated rates.
Why Our Services
Regulated Rates. No Negotiation Needed.
Nepal's capital market charges are set and enforced by SEBON and NEPSE — not by individual brokers. Every licensed brokerage in the country operates under the same rate structure. What changes is the quality of service, reporting, and support behind it. That's where Brilliant Securities stands apart.
Common Questions
Pricing FAQs
Answers to the most common questions about how brokerage and demat fees work at Brilliant Securities.
Who sets the brokerage rates? Can I negotiate them?
No — brokerage rates are fixed by SEBON (Securities Board of Nepal) and NEPSE. No licensed broker in Nepal can legally offer rates lower than the mandated slabs. Brilliant Securities does not set, modify, or negotiate these independently. The same rates apply at every SEBON-licensed brokerage across the country.
What is the 0.015% SEBON fee? Is it separate?
Yes — the 0.015% SEBON regulatory fee is charged separately on top of your brokerage rate. It applies to every buy and sell transaction on NEPSE. This fee is government-mandated and supports the regulatory operation of Nepal's capital markets. It cannot be waived by any broker.
How do I calculate my total cost on a trade?
Total cost = Brokerage (based on your transaction volume slab) + 0.015% SEBON fee. Example: Rs. 1,00,000 trade in the Rs. 50K–5L slab → 0.33% brokerage = Rs. 330 + 0.015% SEBON = Rs. 15 → Total = Rs. 345. For trades up to Rs. 50,000, a minimum of Rs. 10 applies if the calculated percentage is lower than Rs. 10.
Are demat charges the same as brokerage charges?
No — they are entirely separate. Brokerage is charged per trade on NEPSE. Demat charges are fixed by CDS & Clearing Ltd. for account maintenance, settlement, pledging, and custody of your securities. Both are regulated independently and have different rate structures.
